Now when we all are sitting under lockdown and facing multiple restrictions, we feel especially acutely how we miss our previous life. We miss our favourite gym, yoga studio or sports club. We miss having people around, communication and freedom to make plans. We all do. And it is ok to feel not ok these days.

Exercise is crucial not only for physical health but also for mental wellbeing. It is a proven fact that physical activity reduces stress and anxiety and helps to lift your mood. This is important now, probably more than ever.

We, the EWOS DK team, also feel out of sorts these days. So we decided to share with you several easy exercises, which help us to #BeActiveAtHome and get distracted from the disturbing lockdown reality. Check them out HERE.
